Italian football club Napoli's Senegalese defender Kalidou Koulibaly is on the radar of both Manchester United and Bayern Munich, British newspaper Daily Mail reported on Wednesday.
Koulibaly, 24, was also targeted by Southampton, Norwich City and Everton last season but his performances during the current campaign has caught the interest of bigger clubs, reports Efe.
Although the Senegalese's contract with Napoli is valid until 2019, his agent Bruno Satin who was recently contacted by the Italian club to discuss renewal, may use the interest to gain a better contract with the Partenopei.
Koulibaly has been one of the surprises of Serie A as an effective defender in a season that saw Napoli conceding just 24 goals in 30 matches, leaving it only three points behind leaders Juventus.
