Matt LeBlanc, who famously starred in the hit TV series "Friends", is selling his Los Angeles house for $8.75 million, nine years after he bought it.
The actor has listed his Pacific Palisades estate, which he bought in 2007 for $7.4 million, reports variety.com.
The Spanish-style four-bedroom villa sits on half an acre of land and features "beamed ceilings, wood floors, original fixtures, ironwork and tiles" throughout.
It doesn't have a pool but features stunning views over Santa Monica Canyon.
LeBlanc has been renting out the property for almost $13,000 a month since 2012 and currently owns two houses in Encino along with a 1,000-plus-acre estate in the Santa Ynez Valley, near Santa Barbara.
