Actress Meg Ryan will direct romantic comedy "The Book", the screenplay of which will be penned by Delia Ephron.
Ryan and Ephron had earlier collaborated for the 1998 romantic comedy "You've Got Mail", which featured actor Tom Hanks and Ryan herself.
The description for "The Book" is being kept under wraps, reports variety.com.
While Ryan, 54, made her directorial debut with "Ithaca", a saga about life on the home front during World War II, Ephron has screenplays of films like "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," "Bewitched," "Mixed Nuts" and "Michael" to her credit.
