It was a misty morning in the national capital on Tuesday that witnessed 'very poor' air quality as the minimum temperature was recorded at 8.6 degrees Celsius, the season's average, the Met said.

The day's maximum temperature was likely to hover around 27 degrees Celsius.

On Monday, the maximum temperature settled at 27.4 degrees Celsius, two notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 8.6 degree Celsius, the season's average.
