Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and elected to bat against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders in their Indian Premier League (IPL) encounter at the Wankhede Stadium here Tuesday.

The teams:

Mumbai Indians: Dwayne Smith, Sachin Tendulkar, Dinesh Karthik (wicketkeeper), Rohit Sharma (captain), Kieron Pollard, Ambati Rayudu, Harbhajan Singh, Mitchel Johnson, Lasith Malinga, Pragyan Ojha, Abu Nechim Ahmed.
