The Blazers got a 13-point lead in the first half, but Thunder managed to rally back in the final quarter Tuesday, reports Xinhua.
Jeremy Lamb had 19 points off the bench for the Thunder. Reggie Jackson added 17.
Nicolas Batum had 18 points for the Blazers. Robin Lopez contributed 17 points and 14 rebounds.
The Blazers' All-Star duo LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard combined 28 points.
