New Zealand crumble to 105 all out

New Zealand crumbled to 105 all out in their second innings here Saturday leaving India a target of 407 to win the first Test at Eden Park.

The hosts' second innings lasted only 41.2 overs on day three after they decided against enforcing the follow-on. India were bowled out for 202 in their first innings before lunch.

It was an all-round effort from the Indian bowlers Mohammed Shami (3/37), Zaheer Khan (2/23), Ishant Sharma (3/28) and Ravindra Jadeja (1/10).

Ross Taylor (41) was the top scorer for New Zealand that made 503 in the first innings.
