A four-year-old girl child died and three family members, including two women, were injured after the wall of a gurdwara here collapsed on Wednesday, police said.

The incident took place around 2.30 a.m. in Geeta Colony in east Delhi when the girl, Kuljeet Kaur, was sleeping in the gurdwara with her parents and elder sister.

"Kuljeet's other three family members suffered injuries," said a police official. The girl's father worked in the gurdwara.

Police said the wall got damaged due to the construction of a building adjacent to it. A case was registered against the builder.
