One person was killed and 21 others injured in a road accident Thursday in Udhampur district of the Jammu region.
Police said a passenger bus coming from Panjgrain village to Nagrota town skidded off the road at Patri Batra.
"The ill-fated bus rolled down 20 feet after it skidded off the road."
"One person identified as Madan Lal, 45, working in the field was killed as he came under the falling bus."
"Twenty-one passengers were injured and they have been shifted to hospital for treatment", a senior police officer told IANS in winter capital Jammu.
