A photograph showing a Pakistani ballot box that had been forcibly emptied of ballots went viral on the internet Saturday.
The photograph was shared on Facebook, Dawn reported.
It showed the ballots had been strewn around the ballot box.
The photographer said the incident took place in Karachi's NA-250 constituency.
Pakistanis voted Saturday for the National Assembly as well as the provincial assemblies.
