Actress, singer and performer Pia Zadora has been hospitalised after she fell from a golf cart and suffered a head injury here.
The 60-year-old entertainer suffered the injury Thursday night near her home in the Las Vegas community of Summerlin, reports eonline.com.
"Pia is resting comfortably and has been moved out of trauma care, but still remains in ICU. When she improves, she will have ankle surgery in Los Angeles in the next week or so," her representative said.
Zadora got her start in showbiz as a child actress in the Broadway production of "Fiddler on the Roof" in the 1960s and won the Golden Globe in 1982 for New Star of the Year in a Motion Picture for the crime drama "Butterfly".
