President conferred honorary D.Litt by Goa University
President Pranab Mukherjee was conferred an honorary D.Litt by the Goa University on Tuesday.
Mukherjee was in the coastal state to preside over the 29th Goa University convocation ceremony at the Dr. Syama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium near Panaji.
