President to address students, faculty of higher institutes on Monday

President Pranab Mukherjee will address students and faculty of institutes of higher learning using the National Knowledge Network (NKN) on Monday.

The topic of his address from Rashtrapati Bhavan would be "Energizing the Higher Educational Institutes in India", an official release said on Sunday.

The NKN is a state-of-the-art multi-gigabit pan-India network for providing a unified high speed network backbone for all knowledge related institutions in the country.
