Sao Paulo, July 10 (IANS/EFE) Argentina striker Lionel Messi could not contain his happiness following his side's 4-2 win in a penalty shootout over the Netherlands in the World Cup semi-final Wednesday.
"I feel proud to be part of this squad. What a phenomenon we are involved in. Let's enjoy. We have one more step," Messi posted on his Facebook page, reports Efe.
The 27-year-old, who plays for FC Barcelona, said he did not get to enjoy the win after the match because of dope tests.
Argentina advanced to the final set Sunday against Germany, who hammered Brazil 7-1 Tuesday at the Mineirao Stadium in Belo Horizonte.
