R. Madhavan visits Canadian parliament (Movie Snippets)

Actor R. Madhavan got a chance to visit the Canadian parliament and thanked politician Gary Anandasangaree for the honour.

Madhavan shared a few photographs from his visit on Twitter on Friday. In the images, the "Rang De Basanti" actor can be seen sitting on the speaker's chair.

"On the Speakers Chair at the Canadian Parliament house- Ottawa . Thank you for the Honour and the experience sir Gary Anandasangaree," Madhavan wrote alongside the images.

Madhavan was last seen onscreen alongside Vijay Sethupathi in Tamil neo-noir crime thriller film "Vikram Vedha".

Salman hails Daisy Shah's new song

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who shared screen space with Daisy Shah in the 2014 film "Jai Ho", on Friday lauded the actress' new song "Aaja mahi".

"Radio, TV and night clubs have got new hit single by T-Series. Great execution and choreography and fantastic performance by Daisy Shah and Aaryan."

"Aaja mahi" has been sung by Jyotica Tangri and was released earlier this week.

Daisy, who started her journey in Bollywood as a dancer with Salman's 2003 film "Tere Naam", was last seen onscreen in 2015 film "Hate Story 3" alongside Karan Singh Grover, Sharman Joshi and Zareen Khan.

She will next be seen in romantic comedy film "Ramratan".

Adah Sharma practices hula hoop with fire

Actress Adah Sharma, who will soon be seen in "Commando 3", faced her phobia of fire by practicing hula hoops with fire around it.

"I have this phobia with fire and for a fact I don't light matchsticks either. I've been doing the hula hoop for a while and a friend from the circus told me about doing it with fire. She is in town for two months and has been training me in it. If anyone wants to try it please do only with supervision from a trained professional" Adah said in a statement.

On the work front, Adah is co-judging the Southern edition of reality TV dance show "Nach Baliye".
