Actress Rachel McAdams wore an exclusive August Getty dress to the Oscars which has not yet graced the runway.
The 37-year-old actress walked the red carpet at the 88th Annual Awards Ceremony at the Dolby Theatre here on Sunday in a backless emerald green gown. It is so exclusive that it has not yet been exhibited on the runway, reports people.com.
"The second she put it on she was like, whoa, this is so amazing, this is the dress," the star's stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn said about McAdams's choice of attire for the night.
"A lot of the pictures you can't really see, but it's actually pleated in the center and it jets out almost like a triangle at the end. It looks like one train, but it's actually a pleated train within the train. It's so amazing," Zangardi said.
The jade silk slip floor length halter-neck dress is set to make an appearance on Saturday at a fashion week in Paris.
