Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will address three rallies in Delhi and Haryana on Sunday, a statement said Saturday.
Party workers are pulling out all stops to ensure the rally in south Delhi's Ambedkar Nagar is a success. Gandhi's last outing in the resettlement colony, weeks before the Delhi assembly election, was a disaster with many in the crowd leaving midway.
According to a party source, mobile toilets have been installed near the ground. Hundreds of party flags have also been put up all around the locality.
Considered a vote bank for the party before the declaration of the assembly election results, the Congress got a major drubbing in Ambedkar Nagar as its four-time legislator from the constituency - Chaudhary Prem Singh, 85 - was defeated by Aam Aadmi Party leader Ashok Kumar by 16,000 votes.
Before this, Gandhi will address election rallies in Karnal and Sirsa districts.
