Jammu and Kashmir is likely to get a breather from the current spell of hot and humid air as local weather office Monday forecast rain in the state from Tuesday.

"We are expecting light to moderate rainfall accompanied with thundershowers on Tuesday and Wednesday, which can extend up to Thursday morning with heavy downpour likely in Jammu region," the local meteorological office told IANS here.
