Rajasthan Royals scored 170 for six against Kolkata Knight Riders in an Indian Premier League (IPL) match at the Sardar Patel Stadium here Monday.

Put in to bat, Rajasthan's top order played exceptionally well to make 105 for one by the 13th over.

Rajasthan's top five -- Ajinkya Rahane (30), Karun Nair (44), Sanju Samson (37) and Shane Watson (31) -- were all amongst the runs but were let down by the lower middle-order, who failed to capitalise on the good start, towards the fag end of innings.

Sunil Narine was again Kolkata's most dangerous bowler, picking up two wickets for 28 runs. Shakib Al Hasan also bowled economically with figures of one for 25.
