Singer-actress Selena Gomez was photographed on the set of upcoming drama "The Big Short" in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has reportedly filmed a cameo in the movie which stars Brad Pitt, Christian Bale, Ryan Gosling and Steve Carell.

In some photographs, the 22-year-old is seen carrying a cellphone.

She is seen wearing a sheer black tank top paired with black knee ripped skinny jeans. Her black locks are styled in voluminous curls, and she completed her look with black pointy boots.

According to a source, Gomez is playing a Manhattan professional in the movie. She will do a cameo as her participation in the shoot, which is located at Harrah's Casino in the French Quarter, was only for a day, reports aceshowbiz.com.

"The Big Short" is produced by Pitt and Dede Gardner through their Plan B Entertainment. It also stars a Tomei, Scarlett Johansson, Melissa Leo and Hamish Linklater.

Based on Michael Lewis' book "The Big Short: Inside The Doomsday Machine", the drama chronicles the recent free fall of the American economy, and features a large cast of characters.
