Women are being given training in self-defence and road safety at a special camp here Friday.
The camp was organised by Delhi Police in collaboration with auto-mobile company Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Private Limited.
The training camp also focused on sharpening women's ability to predict dangers in a safe and practical manner. In order to help women feel empowered and independent on the roads, Honda is also offering a unique registration opportunity for girls who want to learn riding a two-wheeler.
The 'Self Defence Training Camp' for women started on May 14 and will continue till May 22 at three venues across Delhi - Model Town, Nanak Pura and Jamia Millia Islamia.
