Sharp unveils new colour printer series for smooth workflow

Japanese company Sharp on Monday launched a new series of colour multi-functional printers (MFPs) for smooth workflow and high productivity.

Built on a single-engine design, the CR4 series empower businesses of every size to choose the performance and features they need, while taking advantage of the learning curve of a common interface, the company said in a statement.

It offers print speed varying from 30 PPM to 60 PPM and are packed with user friendly -- innovative features to help businesses manage their workflow seamlessly.

The series offers high speed scanning up to 200 images per minute, a walk-up motion sensor that brings the machine to ready condition within 10 seconds.

CR4 series has in-built Sharp's multi-layered security features, which can help protecting the customers' intellectual property and personal information.

"This new family of colour MFPs has been designed to help businesses of all sizes streamline their office workflow by providing an intuitive user experience, flexible integration and enhanced productivity," said Manu Paliwal, President - Business Solutions Group, Sharp Business Systems (India) Pvt. All 10 models in the series have the common toner supply.

The models are equipped with Sharp's next-generation touchscreen display as well as quick access to an integrated on-board operation guide.
