'Shriman vs Shrimati' ends in a tie

New Delhi, April 21 (IANS) The finale of dance reality show "Nach Baliye Shriman v/s Shrimati" saw both the teams lifting the winners trophy thus ending the three-week competition in a tie.

Gurmeet Chaudhary walked away with the best performer of the series prize comprising Rs.50,000 and a gift hamper.

The finale saw some of the best performances by participants like Parag Tyagi, Shefali Zariwala and Kunwar Amarjeet Singh, who wowed the judges Shilpa Shetty, Terrence Lewis and Farah Khan.

In the end, the mini-series of "Nach Baliye Shriman V/S Shrimati" ended on a rejoicing note for both the teams.

The show saw eight real life celebrity couples competing against each other.

The girls' team had names like Nisha Rawal, Neelu Vaghela, Shefali, Dimpy Mahajan, Tanaz Irani, Sargun Mehta, Debina Bonnerjee and Charlie Chauhan.

Karan Mehra, Arvind Kumar, Parag, Rahul Mahajan, Bakhtiyar Irani, Ravi Dubey, Gurmeet Choudhary and Amarjeet gave a tough competition to their counterparts.

Hosted by Karan Wahi and Aishwarya Sakuja, the finale also saw choreographers Geeta Kapoor and Ashley Lobo as guest judges - the two had come to promote their upcoming dance show "India's Dancing Superstar".

Judge Terrance entertained everyone with his chaste Hindi and even received a prize from fellow judge Farah who gave him a hair care set.
