Speaking on the occasion, Ishita Jain, wife of Siddharth Jain, director, INOX Leisure Limited, said: "At INOX, we believe that movies can impart long lasting impressions in our lives. We are delighted to screen this movie to these children and we pledge to take this initiative forward with likeminded partners."

Shaheen Mistri, CEO, Teach for India, mentioned that an "excellent education" is one that "integrates arts with academics and most importantly one that instills in students values and mindsets that will mould them into responsible leaders of tomorrow".

"PETA is delighted to join hands with INOX to raise awareness about the importance of animal and forest protection among children through fun and engaging activities and the movie 'The Jungle Book' which uses computer generated imagery instead of real animals",
