The Board of Directors of two- and three-wheeler manufacturer TVS Motor Company Ltd has appointed Sudarshan Venu as the company's joint managing director.
The company, in a statement here Wednesday, said he will function under the advice and guidance of Venu Srinivasan, chairman and managing director.
Srinivasan is Sudarshan Venu's father.
As the company's whole-time director, Sudarshan Venu has been actively participating in the activities of the company, the company said.
The company board also approved the appointment of Lakshmi Venu as an additional non-executive director.
