The national capital experienced a sunny Saturday with the maximum temperature two notches below the season's average at 36 degrees Celsius. The Met office has forecast a partly cloudy Sunday.
"The skies will be partly cloudy and thunder may occur in some areas. The day will become mainly clear from afternoon onwards," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
Sunday's maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius and 21 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Saturday's minimum temperature was recorded at 18.9 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
Friday's maximum temperature was recorded two notches below the season's average at 33.5 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was two notches below average at 17.9 degrees Celsius.
