The Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of Suriya-starrer Tamil actioner "S3", formerly known as "Singam 3", have been bagged for a whopping Rs. 41 crore, a source said.
"Following the phenomenal success of 'Singam 2', the TN theatrical rights of "S3" have been sold for a record price of Rs. 41 crore," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
Being directed by Hari, the film is the third instalment in the "Singam" franchise and it's currently on the floors.
Also starring Shruti Haasan and Anushka Shetty, the makers of "S3" are currently shooting the penultimate schedule in Vishakhapatnam.
