Swaraj Abhiyan will organise a 'Kisan Swaraj Sammelan' at
Champaran in Bihar on November 27, the party said here on Tuesday.
The conference will be at the historic site from where Mahatma Gandhi launched his Satyagraha movement a hundred years ago, a party statement said.
On the occasion, Yogendra Yadav, co-convenor of the Jai Kisan Andolon, a public movement for farmers rights undertaken by the Swaraj Abhiyan, will present to the farmers the National Farmers' Income Guarantee Act.
A year-long pan-India movement will also be started for the enactment of the proposed law by Parliament.
