An Indian man and his daughter were killed in a road accident in Oman Friday, while the man's wife was found dead hours later in an apartment, a media report said.
The father-daughter duo were killed when the car in which they were travelling collided with a tanker, the Times of Oman reported.
"We visited the mortuary. We saw the bodies of the father and the daughter. We were trying to get in touch with the mother over phone. But it was switched off. And later on, we came to know that she was found dead in the apartment," the daily quoted a source as saying.
The family belonged to Tamil Nadu in India. "The father was working with Sohar Steel and the mother was working with L&T," a source said.
The daughter was a Class IV student of Indian School Sohar.
