Two swimming coaches were arrested on Sunday after a 13-year-old boy drowned in a swimming pool here, police said.
Bhaskar Kaushik and Jai Singh were arrested after interrogation, a police official told IANS.
Cases have been registered against both of them on charges of causing death due to negligence.
Mukul Sharma, a Class 8 student of DAV Public School, had gone to learn swimming at the Delhi government-run Babu Ram School in east Delhi's Farash Bazar on Saturday. However, he drowned 30 minutes after jumping into the pool.
Police said Mukul had started taking swimming lessons from Thursday.
