Vince Vaughn arrested

Actor Vince Vaughn was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.

According to the Manhattan Beach Police Department, Vaughn was stopped at a checkpoint outside of Los Angeles between Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach around 12.30 a.m. on Sunday, reports cnn.com.

The "Dodgeball" actor was then arrested for driving under the influence of liquor and for resisting arrest, Sergeant Matt Sabosky said.

An unidentified male passenger travelling with Vaughn was also arrested on charges of obstructing officers. Both men were taken to the Manhattan Beach Jail.
