Vistara offers 5 kg extra baggage allowance, priority service if you book directly

The benefits can be availed for the bookings made on September 28 and onward, it said.

Passenger carrier Vistara on Wednesday launched a new programme 'Vistara Direct' under which it will offer passengers 5kg of extra baggage allowance.

According to the airline, passengers can avail various benefits under the "unique" programme by purchasing tickets directly on Vistara's website or on its mobile app for bookings effective September 28 onwards.

Under the limited offer 'Vistara Direct,’ the customers will also be provided complimentary priority services at the airports, the airline said in a release.

"Booking directly with Vistara offers customers a number of advantages. Now with Vistara Direct, we are offering an additional array of valuable and tangible benefits to customers who book directly on our website or mobile app to make their journeys even more seamless and hassle free," said Vistara chief strategy and commercial officer Sanjiv Kapoor.
