A woman techie died under suspicious circumstances in information technology hub Gachibowli here on Wednesday, police said.
The body of Rani Manisha (29), a software engineer working in a leading IT firm, was found on the ground on the rear side of the women's hostel building in Indranagar.
She is suspected to have jumped from the fourth floor of the building. After being alerted by the hostel management, the police shifted the body to government-run Osmania Hospital for autopsy.
The woman hailed from Jharkhand.
Police said they were investigating whether it was a suicide or murder. The police said they were probing the incident from all angles.
