Telugu film writer Gopi Mohan, popular for his work in movies such as "Dhee", "Dubai Seenu" and "Denikaina Ready", will direct actor Sunil Varma in a yet untitled project in the language soon.
"I'm currently working on the script of my directorial debut. Sunil will be playing the lead. It will be a new genre for both of us and we're looking forward to collaborate with each othwer. We'll start shooting soon," Gopi Mohan told IANS.
With this film, Gopi will join the long list of writer-turned-directors such as Srinu Vaitla, Trivikram Srinivas, K.S. Ravindra and Kona Venkat.
The film will be produced by 14 Reels Entertainment.
