On Tuesday, Tharoor went to the Bengali Market in New Delhi to eat golgappas from a renowned sweet shop. Tharoor sat among other customers and relished a plate of golgappas before handing out a Rs 500 note to the waiter. Tharoor is fond of golgappas from this shop and finds no reason to change his taste after becoming a minister.
