At one of the Election Commission's awareness camps in Kolkata, officials talked of a unique problem in West Bengal: the difficulty of finding a local celebrity to act as an ambassador to encourage people to cast vote. That's because, officials explained, most local actors are either candidates themselves or campaigning for one party or another!
