UPA's ambitious National Food Security Ordinance (NFSO) is to be put up for discussion in Lok Sabha today. However, any substantial discussion on the same is unlikely as the House has been adjourned twice since morning over missing coalgate files.

The food bill seek to provide legal entitlement for cheap grains to 67% of the Indian population and is expected to cost the exchequer over Rs 1,20,000 crore.
