The BJP should have the guts to make Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar and not Narendra Modi its prime ministerial candidate if the party believes in simplicity, the Goa unit of Aam Aadmi Party demanded Monday.
The demand came a day after Gujarat Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi praised Parrikar for his simplicity at a public rally Sunday.
"If the BJP has the guts and believes in simplicity, then they should replace Modi with Parrikar as their candidate for PM...," AAP spokesperson Dinesh Waghela said here.
