About the programme

The masters programme in journalism and mass communication aims at grooming the student into a professional who is capable of thinking and doing not only what the current needs of the industry are but also what the industry and society would need in future in view of changing local and global environments. Having given a helicopter view of the industry and its professions and also trained into basic content and technical skills, she is required to work on live projects to have a hands-on experience in the domain of her choice and finally come out with a critical study on the given subject.
