Equipped with ISO 9001:2008 Certification for its Centralised Operations, Currency Chests and now CCUs, IDBI Bank is in the unique position to have its entire operations for retail banking as ISO 9001:2008 certified. This apart, IDBI Bank has also implemented Lean Six Sigma Project for its Centralised Operations, another feather in its cap, to provide error-free and timely services to its customers.
