All Centralized Clearing Units of IDBI Bank get ISO 9001: 2008 certification

IDBI Bank Ltd. was awarded the coveted international certification ISO 9001:2008 for all its Centralised Clearing Units  across the country.  Shri K.C.Jani, Executive Director, IDBI Bank Ltd., received the Certificate from Mr. Calin Moldovean, President, Systems Certification, Intertek Systems Certification, Boxborough, USA, on behalf of the Bank, at a function held at the Corporate Office of the Bank.  Equipped with ISO 9001:2008 Certification for its Centralised Operations, Currency Chests and now CCUs, IDBI Bank is in the unique position to have its entire operations for retail banking as ISO 9001:2008 certified.  This apart, IDBI Bank has also implemented Lean Six Sigma Project for its Centralised Operations, another feather in its cap, to provide error-free and timely services to its customers.
