BSLMF continues its strong investment performance

Return from 13 funds scores more than 100%

Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund (BSLMF) has topped the list of funds delivering over 100% returns during the last one year with 13 of its funds making the cut.

According to data from the MutualFundsIndia.com, during this period the benchmark 30-share BSE index posted a 93% growth.

Talking on this, Mr. Mahesh Patil, Co Head Equity, BSLMF, said that “We have been able to deliver consistent investment performance to our investors, which has continued through the testing times of volatile markets due to our strong investment processes.”

These funds are: Birla Sun Life (BSL) Advantage Fund, BSL Basic Industries, BSL Buy India, BSL Equity Fund, BSL Frontline Equity Fund, BSL India Opportunities Fund, BSL Infrastructure Fund, BSL Long Term Advantage Fund , BSl Long Term Advantage Fund Series 1, BSL Midcap Fund, BSL New Millennium Fund, BSL Pure Value Fund.

357 equity schemes (for which data was available) have been considered for the 12-month period ending January 13, 2010. The equity schemes analysed are all growth in nature: All profits made by the funds are ploughed back into the scheme.
