DMC announces Strategic Alliance with Academy of Commerce

DMC International Limited, a BSE Listed education company today announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with M/s. Academy of Commerce (Studies) Pvt. Ltd, a 29 year old Leading Coaching Institute for CA/CS/ICWA.

Through this alliance AOC will accommodate Trump & Gates and Quest Tutorials and other verticals, all ancillaries of M/s DMC International Limited at Various locations owned by AOC apart from the use of infrastructure. Both members of alliance, vis-à-vis DMC International Limited and AOC will share each others marketing networks for business development. This, in turn, will increase the energy of operations between the two companies.

AOC has its own well equipped furnished Center in 12 locations in Delhi. DMC will open its center at these locations. AOC has agreed to share its infrastructure with Trump & Gates and Quest Tutorials (IITJEE) Centers. The revenue sharing ratio decided upon is: 85% DMC & 15% AOC.
