Kotak's Annual Report best among APAC Banks
Bags Platinum & 3 other awards at the LACP Vision Awards 2010
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited’s Annual Report FY 2010-11 has been awarded in several categories at the prestigious League of American Communications Professionals LLC (LACP) Vision Awards, USA. The report has won the following accolades:
- Platinum Award- best among the banking category in the Asia Pacific Region(APAC)
- Gold Award -most creative report, APAC
- Ranked 21 out of the top 50 reports, APAC
- Ranked 87 out of the world’s top 100 annual reports
The LACP Vision Awards are the largest annual report awards programme with over 5,000 companies applying from 25 countries. Several Fortune 500 companies participated in these awards. The awards are judged on a structured and transparent rating system. Submissions are evaluated on several parameters ranging from First Impression, Cover, Letter to Shareholders, Financials, Message Clarity and Creativity. Competition classes are established to create the most level playing field possible between entries. Kotak’s overall score of 98 out of 100 is a significant achievement.
Further, key aspects of the report appreciated by the jury include a unique portrayal of the Board members showing rare pictures of their youth, the style in which Kotak’s 25 years ‘ history was unveiled and a robust financials section.
