Net4 India announces Q3FY12 results

Net profit up 48 %, Revenues up 48 %

Net4 India Ltd, a leading Data Centre, Cloud Hosting and Network Services Provider, today announced the consolidated financial results for the 3rd quarter ended December 31st, 2011. The second quarter numbers have seen a big jump, with consolidated PAT for Q3 increasing to Rs. 9.57 cr from Rs. 6.46 cr, an increase of 48.14 % YoY. Consolidated Revenues for the quarter increased by 48.37 % on a YoY basis, from Rs. 85.54 cr in Q3 FY10/11 to Rs. 126.92 cr in the quarter ended 31st December 2011.

Commenting on the performance, Mr. Jasjit Sawhney, CMD, Net4 India said, “There has been consistent growth across most of service areas. Our web services business has witnessed significant increase in volumes, driven by aggressive marketing campaigns and highly competitive service bundles. On Data Centre & Cloud services we saw a notable increase in the order size, on account of a greater Managed Services mix. During the last quarter we have added 45,000 new customers and our overall sales pipeline remains robust.”
