NOCIL Limited, which is part of the Arvind Mafatlal Group has reported an increase in net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 at 13.72 cr compared to Rs 1.41 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During the quarter, the company’s net sales increased to Rs 131.86 crore compared to Rs 86.17 crore in the corresponding period last year.
For the half year ended on September 30, 2008, Nocil’s net profit increased to Rs 25.36 crore compared to Rs 3.44 crore in the corresponding period last year. The company’s net sales grew to Rs 257.60 crore from Rs 159.99 crore in the corresponding period last year
