Pitney Bowes Business Insight Joins Business Software Alliance in India

Move to ensure Indian customers derive higher value from its unique enterprise solutions

Pitney Bowes Business Insight (PBBI), the leading global provider of location and communication intelligence software, data and services, today announced that it has joined the Business Software Alliance (BSA) in India as a member. As part of the membership agreement, John O’Hara, Executive Vice President, International Operations, PBBI will represent PBBI on BSA’s Committee in India. At a time when growth in developed markets such as the US and the UK is slowing, the Indian subcontinent is witnessing rapid growth. This move places PBBI in a position to help organisations optimise their use of location intelligence, data quality, data integration and customer communication management solutions to locate opportunities and trends, connect these with internal business operations and communicate with customers and citizens more effectively. This announcement is a further endorsement of PBBI’s commitment to expand its presence in the region.
