Ambit Holdings today announced the appointment of Rahul Gupta as Deputy Group CEO reporting to Ashok Wadhwa, Group CEO.

Rahul will provide oversight to the Private Wealth and Institutional Equities businesses at Ambit which are led by Sutapa Banerjee and Saurabh Mukherjea respectively. Ambit will also leverage Rahul’s expertise to transform the organisation by bringing international best-in-class practices to its risk, technology, operations, corporate communications and learning and development initiatives.

Welcoming Rahul, Ashok Wadhwa commented, “I am delighted to have Rahul, a recognised specialist in the financial services industry, join the Ambit family. With his vast experience across Asia, I look forward to him as a partner to take Ambit to the next level.”
