Shree Cement despatches up in October

Shree Cement Limited, the largest cement manufacturer of North India and among top five cement manufacturers in the country, despatched 7,01,630 metric tonnes in October 2009 and registered 12.30 % growth over the corresponding month in 2008 when it despatched 6,24,800 metric tonnes.

The total cumulative despatch for the current fiscal (April- Oct’09) was 52,03,430 metric tonnes which is 26.46% higher than despatch figures during the same time of the previous year which was 41,14,810 metric tonnes.
