Supreme Infrastructure issues 8,66,275 shares on preferential basis

  • Supreme Construction & Developers private Limited would be offered 4,16,275 shares
  • Pivotal Securities Pvt Ltd would be allotted the balance of 4,50,000 shares
  • The proceeds from equity issuance to be utilized towards expansion & growth  in the BOT segments

Supreme Infrastructure India Limited (B.S.E Code:532904), one of the most versatile Infrastructure companies, announced the allotment of Eight lacs sixty six thousand shares to Supreme Construction & Developers Pvt. Ltd. & Pivotal Securities Pvt. Ltd. Through a notification to BSE on 21st June.

The issue of equity shares to the above investors would be on a preferential basis. Among the proposed allotees Supreme Construction & Developers Pvt. Ltd. would be allotted a share of 4,16,275 shares and 4,50,000 would be allotted to Pivotal securities Pvt. Ltd. The equity raised from the allotment is expected to bring approximately 20crs to the company which will be used towards expansion & growth in the BOT segments.

As Quoted by Mr. Vikas B. Sharma, Whole Time Director with Supreme Infrastructure Ltd "We are extremely delighted with the new allotment. The money realised thereof would augment our solvency position & would help us fulfil our immediate equity commitments to sustain our growth.”
