A police party last night intercepted a vehicle and seized 704 cartons of liquor worth more than four lakh rupees, that was to be transported to Arunachal Pradesh , SHO, Kotwali Aliganj, Mukesh Kumar said.
One Narendra of Farrukhabad was arrested, while five others managed to escape, he said.
